FAQ

1. What do you do?

I’m a Habit Change Coach. I help people with things like fitness, stress, procrastination, that sort of thing.

2. What’s your background?

I’m an experienced coach, and I specialize in habit change. I’ve been doing this type of work for more than 20 years.

3. Can you help with procrastination, nail biting, weight issues, getting fit and healthy?

Sure, that’s exactly the type of thing I help with.  With what issues would you like help and support?

4. What’s your process?

I have a 6 step process.  It starts with thinking about letting go of a bad habit, the pros and cons and is it worth it.  Next there is the preparation stage, this is followed with actions, then tweaking the process and finally maintaining your new and good habit so that it becomes a way of life.

5. What theory underlies your approach?

The main theory I work with is Cognitive Behavioural Technique. Have you heard of that? No? Well, it’s a proven technique for all sorts of habit change. The main idea behind it is that you can change your behavior by changing your thoughts.

6. How much does it cost?

When I do groups, it costs £100 for a 6 week group. When I coach people individually my fee is £400 per month.

7. If I was to sign up, what happens next?

At the moment my groups are full, however, if you would like to form a new group and are happy to either travel to Liphook or to go through the process over the internet, I would be delighted to find a time suitable for all of us to meet once a week for six weeks.

For individual coaching, we can get started this week if you like. We’d set a time to talk on the phone or Skype or Face Time, and I’ll ask you about what you want to achieve. Then I’ll explain the programme to you, and we can make a plan for exactly how to achieve your goals. Would you like to set up an appointment now?
